What Kills Innovation
← back
Have you ever wondered what really kills innovation in organisations?
Though we know them intuitively, but we don’t call them out.
Innovation killers are camouflaged in plain sight, both in our personal behaviours and in our organisational culture and ways of working.
We will introduce a systemic view of innovation, where personal capability to innovate and culture that fosters and nurtures innovation is given equal emphasis (if not more) as is given to the innovation process and outcome.
In this workshop we will share three types of innovation killers* with examples.
This will be followed by a systematic ‘Innovation Framework and Toolset’ to help you identify your personal and organisational innovation killers, and how you can deal with them.
