There are two factors that are shaping our future:
Learning gap
The way our education is designed to make us learn is not in sync with what world needs today. The way we are trained in and what we are trained in leaves us with a massive skills gap as we enter workforce.Adaptation gap
The rate at which technology is evolving and getting diffused in our lives is faster than our ability to adapt to it at that speed.
We are designing learning courses that will help us address these gaps, and keep us relevant as the world relentlessly moves into future.

Mindset of abundance
We are better off together than alone. We are better off when we share. We are better off when we give more than we take.
Mindset of abundance is that there is enough for each one of us, and when we share more we get more. Currency of giving and taking might be different, but when you give more you also get more. That’s the universal law of ‘karm’ कर्म (karma). In the end it all balances out. The beauty of giving is that you always get. By sharing more you create more (the pie gets bigger). Share more, there will be more.

Being open is better than being closed. Being open makes one perceptive to the new, and makes you absorb and adapt to the new, this is fundamental of our continuous evolution as human beings.
Continuous development is key characteristics of human evolution. Nothing is ever enough. Nothing is ever complete.
Community of Facilitators
We are a community of driven creators and facilitators.
Each one of us is grounded in rich personal experience as entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, authors, and thought leaders who have ‘worked’ the ‘real’ world first hand.
We design courses that are in response to the latest learning gaps as revealed through our research of emergent and emerging future.
Our coaching methods are designed to impart you learning that is about creating a sense of awareness about the self, giving a perspective on the subject (of learning), and invoking self reflection in you to create commitment for action for a lasting personal change.
We work to design and deliver our courses with a clear focus on operationalising learning.

"a true educator acts as a facilitator of learning"*the terms facilitators, trainers, intellectual partners, coaches have different meanings in different contexts and cultures. We like to use the term facilitator - because of what it literally means.

Metaskills Lab
Our Community
Nothing new of consequence can be built without foundation of thorough research, testing and iteration.
MetaSkills Research Lab is a safe space for us to give agency, voice and leeway to our seemingly ‘whacky ideas’ concerning human learning and intelligence, and related skills and tools.
Our method is ‘action research’ - which essentially means that we go beyond just intellectual rumination to tangibilize our ideas in the form of ‘mini-experiments’ and expose to real world situations to test them, learn from it, and iterate so that we can bring robust new concepts, learning methods and tools to address some of real world challenges faced by professionals.
We engage in small topic based projects that could extend our understanding of Meta topics like Metacognition, Meta Skills and other related topics. We welcome student interns and other willing professionals and researchers as research associates to participate in potentially groundbreaking research. We love to work with young minds for their intellectual curiosity and depth, ambition and speed. If this talks to you, we would love to hear from you.
